Registration Requirements

To register a 3win2u account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years or above on the date of registration.
• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident living in Malaysia.
• Holds a valid identity card (MyKad) or an international passport that is still within its validity period.
• Has an active email address and a reachable mobile phone number.
• Has never been terminated or suspended from any 3win2u platform previously.
• Is not currently on an active self-exclusion list.

One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different identities is a serious violation of these terms. The 3win2u platform reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts detected.
• Forfeit balances held in those duplicate accounts.
• Block the associated IP addresses and devices from registering again.

Identity Verification

3win2u reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Users are required to submit a copy of their MyKad, proof of address and any other required information within the specified timeframe. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being temporarily suspended or terminated.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your 3win2u account password confidential. 3win2u will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our customer support immediately via live chat or email.

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members.
• Change your password regularly for maximum security.
• 3win2u is not responsible for any losses resulting from voluntarily sharing your password.

Updating Personal Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information in your account profile is accurate and up to date. Any changes to key information such as your email address or mobile phone number must be made through account settings with the appropriate verification. 3win2u reserves the right to verify any information changes before they take effect.

Account Activity

Accounts that show no activity over an extended period may be classified as inactive. Users will be notified by email before any action is taken on an inactive account. An administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with 3win2u's current policy.

Accepted Deposit Methods

3win2u accepts deposits via the following local payment methods, all with a minimum of RM20:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — instant deposit via the TNG app
• DuitNow — real-time transfer using IC number or mobile phone number
• Online banking (FPX) — through local banks participating in the FPX system
• Boost — widely used local e-wallet
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC and ETH accepted at current exchange rates

Withdrawal Process

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks before being processed. Withdrawals can only be made to an account registered in the same user's name. 3win2u does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawal to the same method used for deposit is preferred.
• Withdrawals will be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

3win2u complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines. Suspicious activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Users found to be using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities will have their accounts terminated and related funds handed over to the authorities.

Welcome Bonus

New 3win2u members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% of their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• Example 1: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 10 = RM1,500
• Example 2: Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 10 = RM8,880
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• 3win2u reserves the right to cancel bonuses if conditions are not met or if fraud is detected.

VIP Programme and Cashback

The 3win2u VIP programme consists of five (5) tiers with different weekly cashback rates based on level:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier advancement is determined based on gaming activity and user loyalty. 3win2u reserves the right to review tier criteria from time to time.

General Bonus Terms

All 3win2u bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms:

• Only one welcome bonus is allowed per user, device and IP address.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• 3win2u reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and possible account termination.

Game Platform Usage

All games offered on the 3win2u platform are operated by recognised licensed software providers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error can be proven. In the event of a technical disruption or system failure, 3win2u reserves the right to void the affected rounds and refund the wager amounts.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Using automation software, bots or third-party tools to play.
• Exploiting any bugs or vulnerabilities in the game system.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the system.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to 3win2u systems.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.

Technical Disruptions

3win2u works to keep the platform running without interruption at all times. However, occasional technical disruptions may occur due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we will refund the affected wagers and notify users through appropriate channels. 3win2u is not liable for any indirect losses arising from technical disruptions.

Personal Information Protection

Data Usage

The data you provide to 3win2u is used for:

• Registration with false information.
• Actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or other users.

Account Closure by User

You may close your 3win2u account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Before account closure, all remaining balances will be returned to you subject to the following conditions:

• No outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• No ongoing account-related investigations.
• Full identity verification has been completed.

Right to Amend Terms

3win2u reserves the right to change, add to or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Continued use of the 3win2u platform after the effective date of such changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with relevant legal principles. 3win2u operates under an international licence. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved through the dispute resolution channels established by our licensing body.
